ARTSIL Silicone and Rubber Products Plant based in Rzgów near Łódź is a modern manufacturer of the highest quality seals, hoses, cords and rubber-silicone sheets. Raw materials come from renowned companies WACKER (Germany) and RHODSIL (France) – with full EU certifications and approvals.

The service involves precisely matching the seal to the shape and dimensions specified by the customer. We cut from rubber or silicone sheets using modern CNC machines – we realise both single pieces and series.

What data is needed to quote a seal? +

A template, technical drawing or pattern, information about size and shape, operating conditions (medium, temperature) and expected quantity. The more data, the faster we can prepare an offer.

What are custom-cut rubber seals used for? +

For thermal and electrical insulation, sealing for oil, water, acids, petrol. A properly selected seal prevents leaks and the release of harmful substances.

Which industries use silicone seals? +

Food industry, metallurgy, machinery, medicine, construction. Silicone is characterised by high resistance to temperatures and many chemical agents.
